Kitchen & Cloakroom Renovation
in Winchester, Hampshire
A full property refresh — kitchen, cloakroom and utility room transformed by our Winchester team
This full Winchester kitchen renovation included a new kitchen, utility room, and cloakroom designed and managed by DC Home Improvements from start to finish.
The homeowners already had a strong vision for their space. They selected the kitchen, tiles, flooring, and colour palette themselves, and brought us in to bring it all together, handling everything from plumbing and electrics to tiling and decorating. The project was completed in just four weeks, with close coordination to meet a six-week target.
We used high-quality materials throughout, including engineered oak flooring in a herringbone pattern, Farrow & Ball paint, a butler sink, and finishes from suppliers like Howdens, Eastbrooks, and Topps Tiles.
Highlights of the project:
- Full kitchen supply and installation, including appliances
-
Herringbone flooring in engineered oak throughout the kitchen
-
Custom utility room and stylish downstairs cloakroom
-
Premium finishing touches: Farrow & Ball paint, Morris & Co wallpaper
-
Plumbing, electrics, tiling, and decorating, all managed in-house
The homeowners had a clear vision. Our role was to make it real. Their trust allowed us to deliver a result that felt completely personal to them, while also drawing on our experience in high-end flooring and finish work. The result? A light-filled, elegant space that flows beautifully across kitchen and utility areas.
Favourite feature: the detailed herringbone flooring and traditional butler sink finish.
Design, Supply & Installation — Seamless from Day One
This project was a true collaboration. The homeowners came to us with a clear vision, from the kitchen style to the flooring and finishes, and we brought that vision to life with careful project management and expert craftsmanship.
We supplied, fitted, and finished everything, working to a tight timeline and high-end spec.
The project included:
-
Full removal of existing kitchen, cloakroom and utility units
-
Complete installation of kitchen, appliances, and butler sink
-
Cloakroom and utility room fit-out with new flooring, tiles and décor
-
Plumbing, electrics, tiling, and painting, all completed in-house
-
Final decoration, trims, and finish detailing across all rooms
The result: a beautifully cohesive space that balances classic style with everyday functionality, ready to use from the moment we left.
